INDULGE IN CULINARY DELIGHTS: MALAYSIAN DELIGHTS BUFFET LUNCH AT MAYA BRASSERIE 1 September – 31 December 2023

Kuala Lumpur, 12 September 2023 – Hotel Maya Kuala Lumpur is thrilled to announce the launching of our latest dining offerings – the Malaysian Delights of KL City Buffet Lunch, starting this September.

This exciting culinary experience promises a tantalizing journey through the rich and diverse flavours of Malaysia, featuring an assortment of over 80 local dishes, both traditional and contemporary, alongside international choices to delight all guests.

Welcoming guests with a cozy ambiance at Maya Brasserie, our buffet lunch includes a monthly signature dish – for September it will be chef’s special Asam Pedas Melaka. Main course includes flavorful dishes such as Ikan Dory Berlado, Chicken Thai Green Curry, Daging Masak Lemak Cili Api, Muscle with Lemon Sauce, Ayam Masak Tomato and Steamed Ginger Chicken.

From the carving station, Roasted Chicken with Peri-Peri Sauce is a must-try menu, served with grilled potatoes and vegetables. For salad lovers, there are choices of traditional Malay salad and western salad such as Kerabu Daging Kacang Panjang, Thai Young Mango with Dried Shrimp, Potato Salad and Chicken Salad with Kidney Bean.

Diners will be spoilt for more choices when they visit the Indian corner, noodle counter and pasta live station, features dishes such as Kuey Teow Soup with special condiments and sauces, Chapati and Vegetable Curry, Spaghetti Carbonara and Aglio Olio.

To end the delightful culinary experience, mouth-watering desserts await all guests. From assorted Malay kuih and puddings to chocolate fountain and warm desserts such as Bubur Pulut Hitam, Bubur Cha Cha and Bread Butter Pudding Vailla Sauce, there is surely something to satisfy all guests.
